Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to the questions businesses ask before they start a website or platform project. The questions are in four groups: services, process, investment and working together.
The answers are short and practical, so that you can read them before a conversation and know what to ask. If you do not find your question here, contact us: we read every message personally and reply with the next steps.
Frequently asked questions Services: what we offer
Do you only design websites?
Design is one part of the result. The work starts from the structure: how the content is organized so that it is easy to find, and how the website helps the visitor make a decision. The visual design comes after we agree on these.
How are you different from a typical agency?
We focus on the structure, on how decisions are made inside the project and on long-term use. A website from us stays easy to manage years after delivery. Looks matter, but they are built on that base.
What makes a business website effective?
An effective website explains clearly what you do, helps visitors decide and gives them confidence. Over time it builds trust. We cover this in our article on the effective business website.
Do you also build SaaS platforms?
Yes. We build SaaS products and internal business applications: software with user accounts, roles, workflows and dashboards. We choose the technology after the requirements are clear. See SaaS platforms and business applications.
What does the AWS infrastructure include?
It is the base for running a web application safely in Amazon's cloud. It includes the hosting of the application, a filter for harmful traffic, a small automatic script that blocks scanners and ready-made reports from the logs. Everything is set up in your own AWS account. You will find the details on the AWS infrastructure page.
What does the speed guarantee cover?
We guarantee a Performance score of 80 or higher on Google PageSpeed Insights, on mobile, on the delivery day. It applies to the home page and to one page of each main type. We measure five times and keep the middle value. If we do not reach the score, we fix it at no charge. The guarantee is about the score, not about positions on Google. You will find all the terms on the speed guarantee page.
What does the free website check include?
You enter the address of your website and get a report in plain words. It shows the speed, use on mobile, basic security, whether search engines read the page correctly and the basics of accessibility. If you want, a person on our team goes through it with you. Try the free website check.
Frequently asked questions Process: how a project moves forward
How long does a project take?
Most business websites are finished in 4 to 10 weeks. The time depends on the scope, on how ready the content is and on how many people approve. Platforms need more time. We agree the schedule with you before the work starts.
What do you need from us?
One person who makes decisions, approvals on time, clear information about your organization and your involvement throughout. When the content arrives on time and every decision has an owner, the project moves forward without delays.
Can we make changes along the way?
Yes. Each stage ends with a review, and that is where changes are made. If a change is outside the agreed scope, we first assess it and record it, so that you know what it affects before it happens. The five stages are shown on the process page.
How do we start?
There are four ways: a short project request, a video call that you book yourself, the free website check, or a message by WhatsApp, phone or email. Choose the one that suits you. The project request has four short steps.
What do I receive at handover?
At handover, your website is online. We give you the access, the files, the content and the documentation, so that the website keeps running without depending on us.
Frequently asked questions Investment: what it includes
How much does a business website cost?
The cost depends on the structure of the website, its complexity and the needs of your organization. Each project is priced separately, so there is no price list. Once we understand the project, we send you a clear quote.
Why do you talk about an investment?
A website shows how your organization works. It supports the decisions that others make about you and builds trust for years. The project investment page explains how to look at it.
What affects the cost most?
Four things: how many people approve, how clear the requirements are, how ready the content is and how complex the structure of the website must be.
Is fixing the speed score charged?
No. If a page we deliver does not reach the guaranteed score, we fix it at no charge before the project closes.
Frequently asked questions Who we work with
Which organizations benefit most?
Organizations that want a solution for years, put the structure first and work with a clear process. For them our approach gives the best results: a website that stays clean, useful and easy to manage.
What do we discuss in the first contact?
Three topics: your goals, who decides and how your team will take part. Usually one first conversation is enough.
Do you also work with small organizations?
Yes. Size is not a criterion. A small clinic with a clear owner moves forward as well as a large company. What counts is clarity and responsibility.
