We collect data only when you choose to send it. The table shows each channel, what it contains and why we use it.

The check takes only one item from you: the URL of the page you want checked. The report is stored for 30 days so that you can open it again, and then it is deleted. We store no personal data in it, and the report pages are not indexed by search engines. Submit only addresses of public pages. To keep the tool fair for everyone, each visitor can run a limited number of checks per hour, as the terms of use explain.

The technology that is strictly necessary works without asking you. Statistics and marketing cookies are switched on only after you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time. The full list is on the cookie policy page, /legal/cookies.

The providers that may appear on this website are these. Google reCAPTCHA protects the public forms from automated abuse. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (statistics) and Meta (marketing) are used only after consent and only if we have switched them on. A category with no provider is not used. We do not use the Meta Conversions API or any server-side advertising tracking.

Your data is not sold and is not shared for advertising. Service providers that we need to run the website process it on our behalf: hosting, sending email, the video call tool (Microsoft Teams and calendar) and Google for reCAPTCHA. They act on our instructions and under data processing terms. Some may be outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, a transfer mechanism recognized by the GDPR applies, such as the standard contractual clauses. You can ask for the current list of providers at any time.

Form submissions, whether the contact form, the project request or a booking, are kept for 730 days (2 years) from the day they were created, and then deleted. Website check reports are kept for 30 days. Backups keep one copy until it expires, and then it is replaced. We do not restore deleted data from them, unless we need to recover from a failure. Correspondence by email, phone or WhatsApp is kept as long as the conversation needs it and, for a project we deliver, as long as accounting and contract rules require.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of its use, portability, or object where we rely on a legitimate interest. Where you gave consent, for example for cookies, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing does not make the earlier use unlawful. Write to info@iwebforyou.com and we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr). You can also contact the authority of the EU country where you live or work.

No. Nothing on this website decides automatically about you. The website does not build profiles, with the single exception of marketing cookies, and only if they are switched on and you accept them. They stay off until you give your consent.

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, access to the submissions is limited to the people who answer them, and reCAPTCHA limits automated abuse. No system is completely secure. If a breach put your rights at risk, we would inform you and the authority as the GDPR requires.
