The form takes a few minutes and does not need a ready specification: it is enough to tell us what you want your business to achieve. The more you write, the more specific our answer will be, and where you are not sure, we ask.

Three steps, in this order.
We read your request. The request reaches our inbox and a person on our team reads it. You also get an automatic confirmation by email, in the language you used on the website, so you know it arrived.
We understand what you need. We look at how we can help you best. If the request is general, we ask you a few questions. Clear requirements from the start protect you from double work and double cost. The more you tell us, the more useful our answer will be.
We reply with the next steps. It may be a conversation, a short list of questions or a suggestion for how to go forward. We always tell you honestly what the best next step is for your project.
The decisions are yours: we suggest, explain and record, and you approve each decision before the work goes ahead.

The form has four steps. Here is what each one asks for.
What kind of project is it? You choose one: a new project, a rebuild of an existing one, a platform or "I am not sure yet". "I am not sure yet" is a perfectly good answer.
What do you want us to build? The only required answer in this step: at least a short description of your project. You can also write who it is for and which problem it solves.
Where are you now? The stage of the project, an optional budget range of your choice and anything else you want us to know.
How do we contact you? Your name and your email are required. Optional: the company, the address of your website and your phone.

If you prefer to start without a form, you have three options.
Video call. You pick a day and time in the appointment calendar and get an invitation in your calendar with a Microsoft Teams link.
Free website check. If you already have a website, the check looks at its speed and health. You can also ask a person to look at it.

Do I need a ready brief to send a request?
No. A few sentences are enough to start, and "I am not sure yet" is an accepted answer for the project type. We need a clear idea of your project and a way to contact you.
Do I have to state a budget?
No. The budget range is optional, the choice is yours. It only helps us suggest something realistic. After the conversation we send you a clear quote for your project.
Are there ways to get in touch without the form?
Yes. You can book a video call, run the free website check or write to us on WhatsApp or by email. In every case the same conversation starts.
