What may I use this website for?
You may read it, send us a request, book a video call and run the free check for your own evaluation or for your organization's. You may not use it unlawfully, try to disrupt or overload it, bypass its protections or reCAPTCHA, send content that is false, harmful or belongs to someone else, or collect its content automatically. The information on the pages describes our services in general and is not a binding offer. For a project, the parties are bound only by a written agreement between you and us.
What are the limits of the free Website Speed & Health Check?
The website check is free and meant for fair use: up to 10 checks per hour per visitor. Beyond that limit, the tool asks you to wait. The results are indicative. They come from Google PageSpeed measurements, which vary slightly from run to run because networks, servers and test conditions change. So two runs of the same page may differ by a few points. The report shows the state of one page at one moment. It is not a certificate, an audit or professional advice. You should not rely on it alone for decisions. Submit only public pages that you are entitled to check. Reports are stored for 30 days.
Is the speed guarantee part of these terms?
No. The speed guarantee has its own definition, with its own terms on what is measured, how and when. It is described on the speed guarantee page. The free check on this website does not create that guarantee. A check result is not a measurement under the guarantee.
Who owns the content of the website?
Konstantinos Chaitas (iwebforyou) or his licensors own the texts, design, layout, code, logos and all other material of the website. You may view it and share a link to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt it without our written permission. Third-party names, such as Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp and Meta, belong to their owners. The content you send us stays yours. You allow us to use it only to reply to you and to handle your request.
What are we responsible for?
We take care that the website is accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we link to. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from relying on a check result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your rights as a consumer under mandatory law remain in force.
Which law applies?
These terms and any dispute connected with the use of the website are governed by Greek law, without removing the mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence. We may update the terms. The version of this page applies from the date shown.
How do I contact you about these terms?
Write to info@iwebforyou.com, call or message +30 697 771 0222, or use the contact page.
Terms of Use Frequently asked questions
How many speed checks can I run?
Up to 10 per hour per visitor. If you reach the limit, wait and try again later.
Why does my score change between two runs?
PageSpeed measurements vary slightly because loading conditions change. Treat a single result as an indication, not as a fixed number.
Does a good check result mean the speed guarantee applies to me?
No. The guarantee is defined separately and covers projects that we deliver. See the speed guarantee.
Can I use texts or images from the website?
Not without our written permission. You can, however, link to any page.
Which law applies in case of a dispute?
Greek law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
